The area is designated for education hub in the Northern region of Malaysia.

Seri Iskandar is only about 40km southwest of the state capital, Ipoh.

The nearest air-link access will be the Sultan Azlan Shah Airport in Ipoh while the nearest sea-link access will be the Lumut Port.

The journey from both access points only takes about 35-45 minutes drive.

There are currently three major higher education institution located in Seri Iskandar: University Technology Petronas, a branch campus of University Technology MARA, Kolej Professional MARA.

Few more educational institutions, including the UCSI University are expected to commence classes by 2018.

Amaze constructions activity in Seri Iskandar, Perak will start on 2017.

The area is designated for education hub in the Northern region of Malaysia.

Having a strategically located land in Seri Iskandar, the Amaze Group has proposed a university township plan, with construction work expected to commence in 2017.

The project is divided into three major phases and the construction works are expected to span into a 5 year period. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of the entire project is expected to reach about RM 1.2 billion (USD 300 million).

 

The launch of the first phase of the project is expected to roll out by 2017.

The second and third phase of the project is expected to include the development of a higher education institution, equipped with nearby residential facilities and amenities.

Bearing a modern concept of development, Amaze Group’s project will set a new benchmark of property development in Seri Iskandar area.
